- A new page will appear on the screen as follows:
- There are two options to generate your Health ID Card i.e. ‘Generate Via Aadhaar’ or Generate Via Driving Licence’.
- Select any one option from them.
- Follow the instructions and create your Health ID online.
How To Register For ABDM Health ID Card 2022? NDHM Apply Online Process
- First of all, visit the Official Website of NDHM i.e. ndhm.gov.in
- On the Home page, you just need to click on the Create Health ID.
- Enter the Aadhaar Card Number, then you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- Enter this OTP in the relevant field and verify your phone number.
- Then you should have to enter some more details i.e. your profile with your photograph, DOB, and Address.
- After submitting all the details, a new form will display on the PC screen.
- Also, fill in the required information in this form.
- Afterward, you will get your Health ID Card in front of you.
- After the registration, you will also get the login credentials for the Health ID NDHM Portal’s Login.
