M.A. in Education: Candidates should have B. Ed. or B.Ed. (special education) from any UGC recoganized institution in India, and Honours/ General (at least 10+2+3) from any UGC recoganized University/ institution in India/ abroad.

Candidates should have Honours/ General (at least 10+2+3) in Education, having Graduation Degree from any UGC recoganized University/ institution in India/ abroad.
M.A. in Geography: Candidates should have Honours in Geography at the level of the Graduation (minimum 10+2+3) from any UGC recoganized University/ institution in India/ abroad.
M.A. in Sanskrit, Bengali, English, History & Political Science: Candidates should have Honours/ General (minimum 10+2+3) in the relevant subject, and have a degree of Graduate level from any UGC recoganized University/ institution in India/ abroad.
M.A. in Environmental Studies: Candidates should be done Honours / General Graduation (at least 10+2+3) Or Post Graduate in General/ Professional Course from any UGC recoganized University/ institution in India/ abroad.
