The Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare has extended the dates of the eKYC. The dates are extended till 31st May 2022. The procedure will be the same as earlier. All the candidates are required to complete the eKYC before the last date. After that, no further dates will be extended. The eKYC is MANDATORY for PMKISAN Registered Farmers. So, it is necessary for the farmers to do eKYC.
The eKYC can be done online on the official portal of PM Kisan. The candidates can also visit the nearest CSC centres to complete KYC based on Biometric authentication. The e-KYC will be based on the OTP authentication. The farmers have to visit the pmkisan.gov.in portal and are required to enter the Aadhaar card number for eKYC.
