According to the latest information, the Government of India has recently approved major changes in scholarships by revising the scholarship amount for girls from Rs 2250 to Rs 3000 per month and from Rs 2000 to Rs 2500 per month for boys.

DESW PMSS Eligibility Criteria 2023

- The age of the student for this scheme should be 18 to 25 years.
- Only financially weak students can take advantage of the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme.

- This scholarship will be awarded according to the duration of the course.
- Students studying abroad will not get the benefit of this scholarship.
- The benefit of this scheme is done for only one course. This scheme is not for digital courses.
- If there is any error while applying, then it will have to be rectified within 10 days, otherwise, the application form will be cancelled.
- If a student takes admission in two courses and one degree is professional and the other degree is non-professional. So, that student will be awarded a professional degree scholarship.

- Firstly students visit the official website of the Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).
- On the home page, you have to select the option of Renewal Application (Log in) in the PMSS section.
- Now many options will come in front of you, out of which you will have to click on the option of Renewal.
- Now you will get the login link, click on it.
- Enter your User Name, Password and click on Login.
- A new page will open in which your application form will open.
- You have to forward the renewal application form of the PMSS and take a printout of it and keep it safe with you.
