BTS member’s Views on taking Break – Live Conversation

BTS is taking a break in 2024 and bts going solo for their individual project and will also perform together. And While announcing the news to the BTS army for the break of BTS the members were getting emotional with a few even shedding tears.

RM said “We’ve lost our direction and I just want to take some time to think and then return, but that just feels rude to our fans and like I’m letting [them] down,”
V said, “I think our fans 90 percent of them would root for us no matter what kind of music or what kind of direction we choose.”
Jimin said, “I think now, this is the time we should think about what kind of artists we each want to be remembered as and I think that’s why we’re going through a rough patch right now.”
Suga said, “Out of all the time I’ve made music since 2013, I’ve never purely enjoyed it. It was always painful trying to squeeze out ideas but doing that now compared to 7-8 years ago feels completely different. Back then, I had something to say, but I just lacked the skills. Now I don’t have anything to say. I don’t know what to say.”
J-Hope said, “We should focus more on our solo work and projects this time, and later when we gather again as a group that synergy will be like no other,”.
Jin also shared, “Doing group activities for so long—just like you guys mentioned earlier, I started to feel like I’ve become a machine. I have my own hobbies and things I want to do on my own.”
